The Cure Pogz Research Foundation is providing grants to scientists to deepen the understanding of the biology of Pogz Syndrome with the goal of identifying innovative therapeutic strategies and finding a cure.

For 2026, our strategic focus is discovery research - to synthesize the existing POGZ literature, connect the mechanistic dots, and translate it into a clear discovery strategy and set of next experimental steps towards a  small-molecule development.
